School Fees and Times
The school budget for each academic year is carefully compiled with thorough consideration given to maintaining the quality of education & services offered by the school, while keeping costs as affordable as possible for our families.
This budget is checked and approved by the Governing Body.
Payment Options:
• 10 Monthly Payments by the 1st of the month or
• 12 Monthly payments by the 1st of the month or
• Full settlement before the 7th February for a 3% discount.
2026 Fees:
• Annual Registration fee of R900 per child.
• Gr RRRR-RR- R2,200 for 12 months or R2 640 for 10 months or R25 476 annual
• Gr R- R3,106 for 12 months or R3 727.20 for 10 months or R35 967.48 annual
• Gr 1- Gr 7- R4 130 for 12 months or R4 956 for 10 months or R47 825.40 annual
• Invoices & statements are emailed monthly. Banking details are on your invoices.
• Use your reference name of your invoice when making payments.
School Times Grade 1 to Grade 7
• School starts at 07:30 Monday to Friday.
• School closes at 14:00 Monday to Thursday.
• School closes at 13:00 on Fridays.
• School closes at midday on the last day of every term.
• Buses leave at the end of the school day.
School Times Grade RRRR to Grade R
• School starts at 07:45 & finishes at 1:45pm Monday to Friday.
• Parents may collect their children from midday. If your child is on a bus their
class teacher will be with them until the bus leaves daily.
Bus Fees, Times and Locations
As with the school fees our bus fees must provide a quality service whilemaintaining the fleet. We endeavour to budget correctly; however, these fees are subject to change.
• Bus fees are payable by the 1st of the month for the current month.
• Bus fees are payable over 11 months.
• Busses are tracked by Alpha-Track.
• Enquire at the office for the prices at various stops.
Bus Times
• Mkuze (departs Engen Garage at 06:30); Baobab & Mhlosinga.
• Mtubatuba (departs Cashbuild at 06:15); Monzi & Bushlands.
• Phinda Airstrip (departs at 06:30) & Mduku.
• Town Bus (departs Rugby club at 07:00).
• Be at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the planned departure time.
